Returns + refunds

We hope that you simply love 💖 each and every conscious cosmetic Glitoris creates. However, if for any reason you are not completely stoked with your purchase…

Well firstly we will be a bit like “huh?” 🤔🤔🤔 and then want to send you 100’s of other pressies 🎁 to change your mind. No actually, in all seriousness our legal legends have said that we need to be a bit more legally-esq here: if something isn’t right you can return your product to us within 14 days of your purchase date.

The Glitoris returns policy

To receive a refund or to exchange for another item the product must be returned in a new, unused and resalable condition. It should not have been “heavily sampled” AKA used in any way and should also be in the original packaging. This is due to hygiene reasons.

To be able to return or exchange a product, you should also be able to provide a valid proof of purchase e.g. your digital receipt. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

How do I return an item?

Step 1: Double check that you meet the above return conditions.
Step 2: Find your order and receipt number ready to send.
Step 3: Start a convo with our team on your intent to return an item (within 14 days of purchase). Email realpeople@glitoris.com.au with your order number, receipt, contact deets and the reason for the return.
Step 4: Carefully repackage the products and pop them in registered mail. (You can reuse the Glitoris mailer by affixing a new return address.) Please note, return post costs are the returnee’s responsibility.
Step 5: When your return is received and inspected we will let you know whether the refund has been approved or rejected. Drum roll please.
Step 6: If you are approved (YAY), then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in approximately 14 days.

Things to note

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Depending on where you live, due to Covid-19 there are some delays on shipping and processing returns. We aim to process these as soon as possible.
  • We recommend sending your returned product via registered post. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you to also insure your parcel. Glitoris can not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
