This depends on how good you have been to the postage Gods 😘. But yeah, also where you live. The shipping page gives estimates of when you should expect your Glitoris goodies should arrive. YAY! 🥳

No, unfortunately once your order has been placed it has gone into the interweb matrix and no amendments nor cancellations are able to occur.

Payment deets

We sadly no longer accept hugs and caorie shells 🐚 as payment, mainly because we were a bit fed up of living off packet noodles 🍜 . But we do accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Afterpay, Apple Pay and Shop Pay 💵 🙌 .

Totes. We have plenty of buy now and pay later options available. 🥰

Unfortunately not babes. 😿 Really we only reach out to influencers occasionally and those we do we are super careful to consider. Please do not contact us asking for "free sh*t" or a "collaboration..." We are a small and hard working biz and unfortunately are looking for REAL partnership opps. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ And so, if you have one of those we would love to hear from you.

Shipping + packaging

We get it. 🎉 FriYAY🎉 is approaching and you need that glit ✨ quick smart (for a rave cave obvs). Check out our shipping page for more deets on estimated delivery times. But srsly... order ASAP babe. Choose the express option to get your items quicker. Orders received weekdays before midday will be dispatched the same day. But from there may the postage gods be with you. 🙏🙏

We are based on the Gold Coast (fondly “The Goldie”) in Australia. When we are out not catching rays ☀️and waves 🌊 we ship out all our goodies from here.

Of course hun. But by golly that shiz can be expeno 💸 aka $25 bucks. Sorry we can’t offer it for free! It may also take a while to get to you. Trust us, it's on the to do list to find a better solution. 📋 In the meantime read more about our international shipping here.

Check in with our delivery partners using the track my pack tool. Sadly we can not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery by third parties.

Returns + refunds

We hope that you simply love 💖 each and every conscious cosmetic Glitoris creates. However, if for any reason you are not completely stoked with your purchase…  Well firstly we will be a bit like “huh?” 🤔🤔🤔 and then want to send you 100’s of other pressies 🎁 to change your mind...

No actually, in all seriousness our legal legends have said that we need to be a bit more legally-esq here: so if something isn’t right you can return your product to us within 14 days of your purchase date. To learn more you can read all the deets on our returns policy page.

Step 1: Double check that you meet the above return conditions outlined on our returns policy page.

Step 2: Find your order and receipt number ready to send.

Step 3: Start a convo with our team on your intent to return an item (within 14 days of purchase). Email realpeople@glitoris.com.au with your order number, receipt, contact deets and the reason for the return. 

Step 4: Carefully repackage the products and pop them in registered mail. (You can reuse the Glitoris mailer by affixing a new return address.) Please note, return post costs are the returnee’s responsibility. 

Step 5: When your return is received and inspected we will let you know whether the refund has been approved or rejected. Drum roll please.

Step 6: If you are approved (YAY), then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in approximately 14 days.

We recommend sending your returned product via registered post. (You can use the OG packaging we sent the item in with a new label). You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you to also insure your parcel.
