Fairy floss glitter. Or as we so fondly call it “The Floss” because we are Aussies right? And that whole extra word is way TOO much to say.

For loose, diffuse, or blended looks: Apply using a balm of choice (moisturiser, vaso, paw-paw, coconut oil or hair gel). Then dab on glitter with either a makeup brush or your fingertips. Voilà! You are an instant glittery babe✨.
For tight lines, well-defined shapes, and no glitter movement, use a cosmetic fixative like spirit gum 🧲 (the literal face superglue of the makeup world), lash extension glue (ethyl cyanoacrylate) or liquid latex. Use this to draw a line/shape and then apply glitter with a makeup brush or biodegradable q-tip. (Please be mindful that certain adhesives may affect your makeup brush – you may want to consider not using your FAV brush.)
And if you are still really stuck or want to learn more about how to use the glit, read our real talk article 16 Tips for DIY Glitter that's Flawless and Fresh.
To remove, for glitter applied with balm use a credit card, exfoliation glove, dry towel to scrape the glit carefully (trust us it works). Place glit in the garden or compost bin ♻️. For looks applied with cosmetic glue, you will need an adhesive removal product e.g. orange oil, lash glue remover, spirit gum remover, ETC.
